Shipping Process

  • Your order is shipped out of the warehouse

  • courier will confirm the tracking information within their system

  • we’ll email you your tracking information so you can keep up to date with your order as it gets closer to your doorstep!

  • All shipping label exactly as it's entered on our website.

  • Double check your shipping address before completing your order to ensure that your package is shipping to the right location.

  • Your address cannot be corrected once your order has been shipped

  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days.excluding weekends

  • Standard shipping costs do apply

Hello Bar-B is committed to your satisfaction & safety. We strive to maintain a high level standards, due to the nature of our products we do not accepting returned items. If an item in your order is damaged or defected, please send a picture immediately to

If your product is damaged or defective we offer a 14 day coverage in which customers may receive a replacement product at no charge.

Exchanges: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Hello Bar-B accepts exchange request within 7 days of order delivery.  Exchanges are limited to 1 per order, and exchange only for items of the same type are eligible for exchange.  If the items in the exchange request are not equal or less in price, the customer is responsible for price difference.
